Se curața conopida, se spala si se desface în buchetele mici.
Ceapa se curata, se spala si se toaca marunt. Se pune la calit intr-o tigaie. Dupa ce ceapa devine sticloasa, se adauga conopida, latele si supa de legume pregatita anterior.
Se lasa la fiert 30 de minute, la foc mediu. Cand incepe sa dea in clocot, se trece la foc mic.
Se ia de pe foc si se mixeaza foarte bine pan ace se omogenizeaza. Se pune la fiert la foc mic si se adauga smantana, amestecand mereu.
Se condimenteaza dupa gust si se presara patrunjel tocat marunt. Se serveste cu crutoane simple sau cu usturoi.
